Tamale Airport

Tamale Airport Phase 2, Expansion and Modernisation, consists of the development of the New International Passenger Terminal and the Hajj Multipurpose Building, as well as infrastructures adjacent to the airport, such as access roads, car parks, water treatment plants and the extension of an electrical substation. The New International Terminal has an area of about 5000m2 and is designed for a peak hour of 400 passengers, thus responding to the increase in the number of domestic flights and the need for international flights. Project funded by United Kingdom Export Finance (UK EF).

QUADRANTE was  responsible for all the project phases of all the specialties mentioned. The Architecture was developed by QUADRANTE in collaboration with MM Concept. The Project was developed in BIM in an integrated and coordinated way in a Common Data Environment, promoting a fluid communication flow both in the design phase and in the technical assistance phase during construction.
