Fernando has 22 years of experience working in the Transport Infrastructure sector (Traffic, Mobility and Engineering) for various sectors and clients throughout Brazil and Latin America. Fernando is an Architect and Urban Planner with an MBA in Traffic and Urban Mobility and an expert in infrastructure projects, supporting investors in the preparation of business plans for new concessions and PPPs by conducting traffic studies, demand and revenue projections and risk analyses. Fernando has also assisted banks as part of Audits and Due Diligence for infrastructure projects, advising lenders on demand and revenue studies and risk assessments associated with concessions. He has a solid experience in business management, projects and multidisciplinary teams in transport infrastructure; commercial activities necessary to attract and retain strategic clients, and business profitability. He is currently Client Manager in the Transport Infrastructure Business Unit of the Quadrante Group.
