With a degree in Environmental Engineering, Everton Pavan has over 20 years of experience in waste management and engineering projects in the public and private sectors, specialising in technical, economic and financial structuring in the fields of energy, water and industrial waste services, including DBOM (Design, Build, Operate and Maintain) and DBOT (Design, Build, Operate and Transfer) contracts. Throughout his career, he has taken on a role in Strategic Commercial Planning with responsibilities in market positioning, pricing, commercial terms and conditions, and sales channels, aiming to develop new markets, customers and services by developing communication campaigns, merchandising, providing support/training to the sales team, budgets, demand planning, profitability, and profit, while ensuring compliance with the targets and objectives. He currently works as Project Manager at Quadrante Group’s Waste and Water Utilities Business Unit.
